Melissa Alcocer

Melissa is Co-Founder of Nu Insights and an entrepreneur working at the intersection of AI, design, digital ecosystems, and e-commerce.

Her work focuses on consumer behavior and the application of data, AI, automation, and emerging technologies to drive strategic decisions in the luxury sector.

She translates cultural and behavioral insights into clear brand strategies, helping companies align their brand DNA with diverse audiences in meaningful ways. She brings a cross-disciplinary perspective combining strategy, analytics, and innovation to anticipate change and identify growth opportunities.

Prior to co-founding Nu Insights, she spent three years in luxury, helping technology companies integrate into luxury and hospitality while supporting brands with web design, visual aesthetics, and image consulting. She is also working on other projects, including social27.io.

Her interests center on beauty, wellness, technology, and the evolving relationship between consumers and digital ecosystems, with a particular appreciation for the intersection of aesthetics, functionality, and innovation. Originally from the Caribbean and now based in London, she travels regularly across Asia and North America, bringing a global perspective to her work. Outside of the studio, she enjoys discovering emerging trends in jewelry and watches, scuba diving, and time by the sea.
